By downloading, installing, or using the Lung Buddy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lung Buddy is a mobile application designed to help users track their progress in quitting smoking through a mascot-based interface, money tracking, and health milestone features. The App is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Lung Buddy is not a medical device or treatment. The App provides general information and motivation tools but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, including quitting smoking.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about your smoking habits and progress
Using the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
Not sharing inappropriate or harmful content through the App

5. Subscription and Payment

Lung Buddy offers premium features through subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lung Buddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lung Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
